Robyn is a fifth-generation Floridian, living only a few miles from where she was raised.

Robyn started her legal career as a law firm receptionist at age 15 while still in high school. She now serves as Mr. Covey's firm administrator and senior paralegal, handling probate, trust, guardianship, and litigation matters, along with staff oversight and training.

On March 1, 2008, The Florida Bar approved the recognition of the Florida Registered Paralegal (FRP). Robyn was granted that designation on March 10, 2008, just days after the program was approved. She also maintains her CLE requirements to stay current with Florida law and procedure.

Melanie, a native Floridian, started her legal career as a Court Clerk for the St. Lucie County Clerk of Courts in 2002 working in the traffic division.

In 2008 she graduated with honors, receiving her Associate of Science degree in Legal Assisting and Paralegal Studies from Indian River State College.

Melanie joined Mr. Covey's team on October 7, 2010, as a legal receptionist and assistant and now serves as a senior paralegal, trust administration coordinator, and firm scheduling manager.

Sierra, Jim Covey's estate planning paralegal, focuses on building strong client relationships through the work the firm provides. In her free time, she enjoys herpetology, entomology, time on the water, and spending time with her niece and nephew.

Debbie Hogsten is an experienced accounting professional with more than 30 years of expertise, strong interpersonal skills, and a collaborative spirit.

She is detail-oriented in maintaining accurate and reliable financial records and is proficient with tools including QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.

Having grown up in the local area, she has served the community in a volunteer capacity for much of her life, which shows in her commitment to client service.

Merrily Dee Minardi was born in Buffalo, New York, and raised in Silver Creek, a small village on Lake Erie. She has been a Florida resident for most of her adult life.

She holds an Associate of Science degree in legal assisting and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Finance.

Merrily joined Mr. Covey's team on August 24, 2011 and serves as bookkeeper, handling payroll, receivables, payables, billing, reconciliations, tax preparation support, and trust management accounting.
